A simple gesture, placing a sign of peace in a place of war. While in distant lands children run away with their mothers and fathers die uselessly, a simple gesture to make my small voice heard.
We are in Punta Marina, more precisely among the trees of the pine forest, in the dark forest. Amidst the vegetation there are strange little buildings , bunkers and defensive structures, built during the Second World War by the Germans, for fear of an Allied landing north of the Gothic Line.
Occupying places of death that were never used, with designs of peace.
An embrace, a soldier, two children, a peace flag and a Russian citizen.
